Terri E. Getzug, MD

Dr. Getzug is the director of the Familial Mediterranean Fever clinic at UCLA. The FMF Clinic at UCLA is the only clinic of its kind in the United States and a major referral center for this under-recognized and very treatable condition. More than 700 patients have been registered at the FMF clinic since its inception in the early 1960's.

Dr. Getzug has a special interest in functional bowel disease, celiac disease, inflammatory bowel diseases, motility disorders, colon cancer screening and acid peptic disorders. She has extensive expertise treating patients with the gastrointestinal complications of scleroderma. Dr. Getzug is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.
